Refund & Return Policy — Minitele

Overview

At Minitele, we stand behind the quality of our mini retro televisions. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Returns requested after the 30-day period

Damaged or Defective Items


If your Minitele device arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.


To process this:



  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue


Refund Process


Once your return is received and inspected:



  • You will be notified via email about approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days


Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received your refund:



  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your card provider (processing delays can occur)

  • Contact your bank

Exchanges 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns



  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted


For valuable items, we recommend using:



  • Trackable shipping

  • Shipping insurance


We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
